4 teenagers rape 19-year-old girl in Jharkhand, later posted the video online
In her complaint, the girl mentioned that the incident occurred on April 21 when four boys forcibly took her to a secluded area
On Sunday, Jharkhand police stated that four teenage boys were apprehended for allegedly raping a 19-year-old girl and subsequently sharing a video of the incident on social media.
According to the police officer, the incident occurred on April 21 where a group of boys, aged between 15 to 17 years, threatened the victim not to report the incident by blackmailing her with an objectionable video. The victim remained silent as per their threats. However, on May 3, the boys went ahead and uploaded the video on social media platforms, Ramgarh SP Vimal Kumar provided this information.
The SP stated “The girl’s family lodged a complaint at Ramgarh police station on May 4. Based on the complaint, all the four accused were detained and sent to a probation home,” In her complaint, the girl mentioned that the incident occurred on April 21 when four boys forcibly took her to a secluded area within a coal dumping yard under the jurisdiction of the Ramgarh police station
