Russian man arrested for keeping girl as sex slave and raping her for more than 1,000 times

A man in Russia has been arrested by the police for keeping a girl as a ‘sex slave’ for 14 years and raping her more than 1,000 times during that period. The man, Vladimir Cheskidov, 51, who lived in Chelyabinsk, Western Russia was arrested after the girl, Ekaterina, 33, escaped and went to the police and claimed that she was kept captive in the house since 2009 and was raped more than 1,000 times. Cheskidov is also accused of killing another woman in the same house in 2011.

Ekaterina told the police that was allowed out of the bedroom to do house chores on knifepoint and that she was tortured multiple times because of minor issues. The police then investigated Cheskidov’s house and found a collection of sex toys, muzzles and CDs containing pornography. The local branch of the Russian Investigative Committee also confirmed that they found human remains in the basement of the house.

According to the investigative officers, Cheskidov had invited Ekaterina to his home for a drink at his house and kept her there ever since. It is said that he is also suffering from a mental illness and had gone to a hospital when his condition worsened when Ekaterina took the chance and escaped from his house.

Ekaterina also told the police that Cheskidov had brought another female prisoner in the house who he killed in 2011 after a quarrel. He stabbed her multiple times and then killed her off using a nail puller. Cheskidov faces charges of murder, rape and kidnapping and is currently at a mental institution and has been placed under the supervision of the police.
