India’s largest luxury mall comes up in Mumbai

Jio World Plaza, India’s largest luxury mall, is set to open its doors in Mumbai on November 1. This opulent mall is located in the bustling Bandra Kurla Complex and features some of the world’s most renowned brands.

One of the standout brands within the is Louis Vuitton, which will open its most spacious store in India, covering an impressive 7,500 square feet. Also, Cartier is making its mark with its second store in the country, and Dior is taking up residence for the third time. These prestigious brands are joining the lineup at Jio World Plaza.

One of the most notable aspects of this mall is the involvement of Bernard Arnault, the second-richest person globally, who is bringing a Louis Vuitton store to this mega. The famous luxury conglomerate, LVMH, is reported to be paying a monthly rent of Rs 40 lakh for its space at the plaza, making it the largest LVMH store in India.

Not to be outdone, Dior is also making a significant investment by paying over Rs 21 lakh in monthly rent for its store in Jio World Plaza, along with an additional security payment of Rs 1.39 crore. With these luxury brands, it’s clear that this mall is off to an extravagant start, and it’s just the beginning.
