Bengaluru man puts blow-dryer nozzle in friend’s rectum, friend dies after organ rupture

In an extremely bizarre incident from Bengaluru, a man died after his friend inserted a blow-dryer nozzle in the man’s rectum and blew hot air for fun to inflate his rectum for fun. The incident took place on March 25 when the victim Yogesh went to meet his friend Murali at a bike service center in the Sampigehalli area where Murali used to work.
Yogesh had given his bike for cleaning at the service center after which the two started playing with a powerful electric blow-dryer which is used to dry vehicles. According to the police, Murali initially directed the nozzle of the blow-dryer at Yogesh’s face and back before inserting it into his rectum, causing Yogesh’s abdomen to expand which resulted in a colon rupture.
After Yogesh’s collapse, Murali rushed him to the hospital where doctors discovered significant damage to Yogesh’s intestines due to high pressure by the blow dryer. Yogesh then underwent emergency surgery but could not survive. The police are still awaiting the post-mortem report of Yogesh.
Yogesh, originally from Vijayapura, worked as a delivery agent in Bengaluru and lived with his grandmother in Thanisandra. A case has been registered at Sampigehalli police station under Section 304 (culpable homicide) of the Indian Penal Code, and Murali has been arrested.
