Viral video leaves users stunned with a trick on a bar of chocolate

A viral video which is being shared across social media which has stunned users as to how an extra piece of chocolate magically appeared when the bar of chocolate was rearranged.

Everybody loves chocolate, be it white, milk or dark chocolate, people will love to have it any time of the day, any day. It would just be a bonus if someone had extra chocolate all of a sudden. This is exactly what is shown in a viral video which is being shared across social media which has stunned users as to how an extra piece of chocolate magically appeared when the bar of chocolate was rearranged.

In the video we can see at the beginning that there is a bar of chocolate made of 15 squares in a 3×5 formation. However, after rearranging the same bar, there are now 16 squares in a 4×4 formation before being spread out again into a 3×5 formation with one additional piece left in hand. This has left people scratching their heads and thinking how the extra piece appeared almost magically. But there were some, who saw through the trick and logically explained the reason of the extra piece.

Netizens replied to the viral magic video and said, “It starts out with 15 squares, then at :06 mark he adds another square using a slight of hand move, which you can see the square hiding in between his index and middle fingers.”

Another user explained, “He slides in the 16th right here. The 3rd row had 3 in it, and then magically had 4, you can watch the right hand slide it in via sleight of Hand just before this point and see the new block through his hands right here.”

Some said that the video clearly gives away the trick to the viewers. “7 seconds in he adds one he had cupped under his hand to the end of the third row to take it from 5 rows of 3 (15) to 4 rows of 4 (16). Then when he takes it back to 5 rows of 3 he has one left over,” replied a user.

Others joked, “The extra piece added. Not the best magician,” “This one magically appears under his hand. He slipped while you weren’t watching.”

This trick is reportedly inspired by the ‘infinite chocolate trick’ which also ends with an extra piece of chocolate. The only difference is that here the bar was rearranged but in the original trick the bar is cut in such a way so as to make it appear as if an extra piece has come from nowhere.
