British man books himself a 3-year-long world tour cruise

The man said that the cost of living on the cruise would be way cheaper than what he would have had to spend at his home in England.

Amidst rising inflation and increasing cost of living, people are unable to live a comfortable life as they are unable to earn enough money for themselves and their families, however, one man has taken a bold decision to go on a once-in-a-lifetime trip where he would get to explore several destinations in about 1000 days. The best part of the trip, he said is that the cost of this journey is cheaper than what he would have to spend at his home in England and plus, he’ll get to travel the world.

The man named Adam is a medical engineer and is set to start his journey around the world in November on a cruise ship. It will start from Istanbul, and take him to places like Shanghai and Montego Bay among many others. Talking to the Daily Mail Online, Adam said that he had gone through some problems in life, and wanted to take a break. He said, “I have been through a few life-changing events recently. I sort of thought I have had enough of this.”

Adam is going to board Miray International’s MV Lara ship, which is run by Life at Sea Cruises. Their cruises start at 60,000 pounds per year, and it includes visits to the seven wonders of the world. Adam initially thought that it was a scam as he thought travelling across the world for 3 years was unrealistic. However, he is now scheduled to tour 382 places, including Deception and Half Moon Islands in Antarctica, for which he is the most excited. He said, “I have always dreamt of going to Antarctica, if you were to do a trip on its own to Antarctica you would spend thousands.”

While on the cruise, Adam would not have to worry about his laundry, food and housework, and he does not have to pay for gym, internet, electricity, rent, petrol, appointments with doctors or tickets for shows for the next 3 years. He is also planning to complete his master’s dissertation in Business Administration while on the cruise.
