New Delhi : A Tale of political misconduct, community transmission and the infamous ‘Victim Card’

Starting from the constant disagreement and cold war with the Lt Governor of Delhi regarding various issues, Kejriwal has been politically mishandling the Coronavirus situation in the National capital which then extended to exponential rise in COVID19 cases. Later on when the situation seems to go out of control, the latter has chosen the victim card for an easy way out.

It is quite visible how Arvind Kejriwal has been covering up his mistakes with excruciating measures for the people such as his announcement that only Delhi residents will be cured in the City hospitals. This being a violation of Human rights, Lt Governor intervened and revoked the decision and HC also is running a case against Kejriwal’s AAP for the same.

These severe decisions are being enacted upon due to a huge sudden increase in cases recently and shifting the blame to Community spread, the government of Delhi claimed no responsibility but at the first place, they were the ones who let the situation worsen.

After all the political misconduct and the Community Spread situation, Arvind Kejriwal knew he would be targeted by the people of Delhi so he chose the Easy way out, which is “I got Corona”.Thankfully he tested negative yesterday but the sympathy he needed was received.

Remembering the time when Arvind Kejriwal said “Dont waste test kits unless you are symptomatic” but he himself panicked and wasted one.Does Kejriwal know how many people are not even getting test kits or hospital beds while he is using his VIP benefits for himself?

People are being dying because they are denied by hospitals but Kejriwal blamed it on the Doctors who are the real saviors for that. Delhi Medical Association too warned Kejriwal for the same.

But does it help the city? No.

The Aam Aadmi Party government needs to accept the fact that situation has gone out of control and they need a President/Central government to intervene in the National Capital else days are not far for New Delhi to become New York.
