21-year-old Disha Ravi’s arrest was unfortunate but does young age give you the licence to conspire against India?

The Delhi Police have arrested 22-year-old climate activist Disha Ravi alleging that Ravi was the one who shared the toolkit document with Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg and that she is a key conspirator in the formulation and dissemination of the document that “indicates a copycat execution of a conspiracy behind the January 26 violence.”

Now, the entire opposition has surfaced across platforms claiming that how can be a ’21-year-old’ Climate Change activist conspire against a country of 1.35 billion” in order to white wash her image.

But why? If she really is at fault then why should we give clean-chit to a criminal? Does a person’s age define if they can commit a crime or not? Or is there a legal age to commit crime and conspire against the country?

The Delhi Police said in a tweet, “She started WhatsApp Group & collaborated to make the Toolkit doc. She worked closely with them to draft the Doc.”

Another tweet said, “In this process, they all collaborated with pro Khalistani Poetic Justice Foundation to spread disaffection against the Indian State.”

They added that Ravi later asked Greta to remove the main document after its incriminating details accidentally got into the public domain. “This is many times more than the 2 lines editing that she claims,” the Delhi Police wrote on Twitter.

If all these allegations have been confirmed to be true after investigation and if she is really the one who made the Toolkit or gathered the group to make the toolkit then yes she is a threat to our nation.

No ‘positive facts’ about Disha being surfaced online will help. Because that is what they did about Osama or Kasab or literally every terrorist that was ever convicted in any country because shielding criminals is exactly what the media and some ideologies do.
